Introducing our Female Technical Director 2024
Monica Garcia Pacheco will lead our whole female program from Miniroo to Senior Women.
Monica comes with a wealth of experience, as a player in Spain she captained many of the teams she played in. Her passion and love for the game coupled with her ability to motivate and inspire saw her move into coaching and attain her UEFA C License.
Learning her skills with La Liga giant Villarreal both here and abroad, Monica is an unbelievable addition to our program!
With the recent Women’s World Cup and a target of 200 female players at Malvern this year, the addition of Monica further highlights our commitment to our female program!
