Malvern City FC’s pre-season training has commenced.

HOW TO JOIN

New and existing Members should fill out an EXPRESSION OF INTEREST under the FOOTBALL menu on our website.

TRAINING SCHEDULE

Gardiner Park

Carroll Crescent, Glen Iris

Monday, Wednesday & Friday

4pm – 5pm                     Malvern Minis (Monday only)

5.15pm – 6.30pm        High Performance and Developmental Teams – U9, U10, U11, U12, U13

6.00pm – 7.30pm       JBNPL U14 and U15 – Arrive at 6 pm for a warm-up for a 6.30 pm start on the ground.

7.00pm – 8.30pm       JBNPL U16 and Under18 – Arrive at 7 pm for a warm-up for a 7.30 pm start on the ground.

Tuesday & Thursday

4pm – 5pm                    Community Boys – U8, U9, U10 (excludes High-Performance Teams)

5pm – 6pm                     Community Girls – U8, U9, U10, U11, U12

Community Boys – U11, U12, U13 (excludes High-Performance Teams)

6pm – 7pm                    Community Girls – U13s, U14s and Mothers Team

 

Sir Zelman Cowen Park

Glenferrie Road, Kooyong

K1 – Pitch closest to Glenferrie Road

Monday & Wednesday

6:30pm – 8:00pm    Community Boys – U16s, U17s and U18s

Tuesday & Thursday

 5pm – 6pm                   Community Boys – U14 and U15

 6.15pm – 7.30pm       Community Boys – U18 and U21 

 7.30pm onwards       Senior and Reserves Men  

 

K2 

Tuesday & Thursday

 6:45pm onwards       Senior Womens

 

Training schedules are subject to change based on final team numbers and available ground allocations.

Pitch K3 at Sir Zelman Cowan Park becomes available on the 1st of April. Training schedules will be reviewed closer to this date.

 

JUNIORS (UNDER 7’s – UNDER 18’s)

Shin guards with long socks compulsory for training – bring a water bottle and wear sunscreen in summer months.

First round of FFV competition commences late April, and the season concludes early September.

HOW TO FIND US

Malvern City FC operate out of two facilities within the City of Stonnington.

1. Gardiner Park, Carroll Crescent, Glen Iris

2. Sir Zelman Cowen Park,  Glenferrie Road, Kooyong (opposite Kooyong Tennis Club, driveway entrance is next to Vision Australia).

Kooyong 1 (K1) is located to the left of the driveway entrance – please park in the first car park

Kooyong 2 (K2) is located at the baseball pitch

Kooyong 3 (K3) is located beyond the Clubhouse, after the second car park.

 

REGISTRATION

You will receive correspondence from the club once registrations open. Payments can be made via Visa or Mastercard.

Prior to registering, please confirm your place on a team via the appropriate Team Manager – then follow the instructions on the ‘Register Now’ page of our website – under ‘Membership’.

The Club cannot issue FFV Player ID Cards and Uniforms to players who have not completed online payment and registration.
